Please be advised that BANDS Financial will never initiate contact through unofficial channels such as WhatsApp, Telegram or Signal, or request sensitive information such as passwords, account details or payment information via email, phone calls, or social media platforms.

To ensure your safety, we recommend the following precautions:

• Always verify the identity of anyone claiming to represent BANDS Financial by contacting us directly through our official website or customer service channels.
• Be cautious of unsolicited communications, especially those that pressure you to make quick decisions or provide personal information.
• Always check (unsolicited) email communications for the precise domain details. Official BANDS Financial communications will come from email domains such as "@bands.financial", as opposed to domains that may appear the same at first glance but are not in fact operated by or related to BANDS Financial, such as "@bandsfinancialus.com", "info@bands.com" or similar.
